Phyllis Vance (formerly known as Phyllis Lapin) is a longtime member of the sales staff at Dunder Mifflin Scranton, known for bringing a truly personal touch to all of her client relationships. A dedicated and tenacious employee at all times, Phyllis Vance upholds all of the values that Dunder Mifflin holds so dear and her impressive sales figures back up her standing within the company.
Aside from her day-to-day work, she's served as a member of the Party Planning Committee where she's organized some of her branch's most memorable parties, including “Moroccan Christmas” and an unforgettable farewell party for HR rep Toby Flenderson. In her spare time, she enjoys connecting with old friends from her high school cheerleading squad and basketball team as well as spending time with her husband Bob Vance of Vance Refrigeration.
