Kelly Kapoor was responsible for all Customer Service interactions at Dunder Mifflin's regional branch in Scranton, PA. In her role, Kapoor successfully handled the unfortunate “watermark” incident of 2007, which led to her successful admission into the “Print in All Colors” executive training program for underrepresented Sabre-Dunder Mifflin employees. As a result of her training, Kapoor was better able to advocate for a more inclusive workplace.
Although her demeanor changed significantly over the years, Kapoor has long been known as a lively staple of the Scranton office with an impressive knowledge of pop culture and online shopping. In addition to imparting her opinions about celebrities such as Hillary Swank, Ryan Gosling, and Christina Aguilera, she was able to expose her co-workers to the wonders of the Diwali holiday as well. She has held a number of personal relationships with co-workers, including Ryan Howard and Darryl Philbin. As a reminder, her first name is Kelly and not Kelley, as it is occasionally spelled on office birthday cakes.
