Our heads are reeling to discover that in the wake of Rob Rausch's (Love Island USA) spectacular Season 4 victory on The Traitors that he enlisted the help of a fellow former Traitor to smooth over the betrayal of his ally and the last Faithful standing, Maura Higgins (Love Island: Aftersun).
During The Traitors Reunion Special hosted by Andy Cohen, Rob revealed that he promised to buy Maura a luxury Hermès Birkin bag (which is estimated to cost $16,000) as an apology gift for him winning the season based on her misguided trust in him. But where does an Alabama born and bred snake wrangler even begin to shop for such a piece?

That's where former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and fellow Season 4 Traitor Lisa Rinna comes in to save the day.

How did Lisa Rinna help Rob score that expensive Birkin bag?
In an interview with People, Rob said his facilitator was the Traitor he voted against, Lisa Rinna.
"As soon as I told her about it, she was like, 'I will help you,'" he said of Lisa's mercy. "She's a very well-connected woman, and she did it. She gave me all her resources and originally I was going to get it from a guy in Paris. I was going to actually have to go to Paris, which I was going to do. But now we got someone in New York City, and it's going to be great."
Rob also confirmed that Maura's Birkin request was “burgundy with gold accent, size 30," which he scored at Madison Avenue Couture. Of course, he documented his procurement for his followers.
"The deed is done. Thank you @lisarinna thank you @madisonavenuecouture," he wrote in an Instagram caption.

Fans were lucky enough to witness the exchange during the pair's joint March 4 appearance on WWHL, with Rob wearing gloves to hand over the pricy accessory because "only the owner is supposed to touch it first."
Maura excitedly forgave the Season 4 winner, saying: “See, this is my win! I knew I’d have my moment!”
Why did Maura trust Rob during Season 4 of The Traitors?
In a Peacock Blog exclusive with Maura, we asked what she remembered about her first time meeting Rob and why it engendered so much trust?
"I think he is very charming," she confirmed. "When I had first met him, it was when I interviewed him on Aftersun. And to me, he was the same person. It didn't feel to me that like he was putting on an act. I don't know. I had an alliance with him and I genuinely trusted him. I really, really did. And maybe it is because I had met him, and I didn't see a different person in the castle. Like, even after the castle, seeing him, like he's always just the same person."

She also confirmed that she didn't walk into The Traitors knowing anything about it, or competition reality shows in general. So, the Birkin score really is a win in her world.
"Even when I was watching it, I understand where the audience are coming from in the sense of like, 'Oh my God, he's such an obvious Traitor because of the edit,'" she said of the audience questioning how she could believe Rob. "But it's not like that in there. He was trusted by the whole castle."
