The clip kicks off with Maeve wondering why "the town murderer" has "the most beautiful garden" she's ever seen. After discovering paperwork regarding a data solutions company's purchase of the Caldwell estate in an outdoor trash can, she spots a shirtless Hunter chopping wood and immediately recognizes him as "the condom guy."
Amidst flashing images of Maeve appearing to be dead on the ground, she nervously attempts to explain to Hunter that her scarf had accidentally blown onto his property, flinching each time he continues to swing his axe. She's only able to get his attention by tossing a small object toward his feet.
After they intensely lock eyes, Hunter sharpens his axe, before picking up Maeve's scarf and slowly moving toward her, without saying a word.
