What's New on Peacock: August 2025

Summer’s not over yet so here are some spicy, sizzling picks for your next night in. Peacock’s lineup in August is flaming hot with thrilling originals, fierce finales, and must-watch events that everyone will be talking about. So put those sunglasses on, get a bucket of popcorn, and get ready for your next big streamathon.  

Rev your engines for Twisted Metal Season 2 with the high-octane three-episode finale on Thursday, Aug 28. With killer clowns, vigilante rivals, and long-lost family drama all in the mix, this is one ride you won’t want to miss. 

On Friday, Aug 1, buckle up for Borderline, a twisted thriller from writer-director Jimmy Warden (Cocaine Bear), starring Ray Nicholson as a deranged stalker and Samara Weaving as a ‘90s pop star fighting for her life and freedom from a forced “wedding.”  

Did you miss the Villa drama between the Islanders? Sit tight because the anticipated Love Island USA Season 7 reunion is coming in hot on Monday, Aug 25. Co-hosted by Ariana Madix and Bravo’s Andy Cohen, this can’t-miss special brings back the Season 7 cast for a deep dive into all the juicy details of their time in the Villa.  

And don’t forget to tune in to Love Island: Beyond the Villa as the final episode of the season, which features fan-favorite Love Island Season 6 Islanders, drops Thursday, Aug 28.

Twisted Metal 

The apocalyptic vehicular mayhem revs its engines for a second season. Following the revelations in the Season 1 finale, John (Anthony Mackie) and Quiet (Stephanie Beatriz) find themselves entering a deadly tournament, a sinister demolition derby hosted by a mysterious man known as Calypso (Anthony Carrigan). As they try to survive an onslaught of dangerous new foes and familiar faces, including the murderous clown Sweet Tooth (Will Arnett and Joe Seanoa, aka “Samoa Joe”), things get complicated for John when he reunites with his long-lost sister, the vigilante Dollface (Tiana Okoye).

Borderline 

Cocaine Bear writer Jimmy Warden makes his directorial debut in this twisted thriller that follows a dangerously persistent stalker (Nicholson) who invades the home of a ’90s pop superstar (Weaving) with grand delusions of a wedding. With her life on the line and help from her loyal bodyguard, she must escape the stalker’s sinister grip before they tie the knot.

Love Island USA Season 7 Reunion 

The Love Island USA Season 7 reunion special premieres Monday, Aug 25 at 6p PT/9p ET exclusively on Peacock. The reunion will be hosted by Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live. The special will feature this season’s winners, fan-favorite couples, and this year’s bombshells for an up-close-and-personal look back at their experience in the Villa.
