What's New on Peacock: September 2025

Summer is ending soon. Even if the weather is cooling down, Peacock’s lineup is heating up with can’t-miss premieres, returning favorites, and iconic new arrivals.  

Kick off the month with laughs when the Peacock Original The Paper premieres Sept 4. From the documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch in the Emmy Award®-winning series The Office comes a brand-new story following a historic Midwestern newspaper and the determined publisher fighting to revive it. 

Trivia buffs and puzzle pros, rejoice. Starting Sept 9, fans can stream brand-new episodes of the iconic game shows Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune five days a week on Peacock.  

Flirtation meets fierce competition when Love Island Games returns for Season 2 on Sept 16. Hosted by Ariana Madix, this cheeky global spin-off brings together fan-favorite Islanders from across the USA, UK, Australia, and beyond. Expect steamy romances, shocking eliminations, wild challenges, and competition twists that shake up the game like never before.  

Close out the month with a thrill ride through theme park history when Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks premieres Sept 29. This three-part docuseries offers unprecedented access, rare archival footage, and intimate interviews with Hollywood heavyweights and provides an exclusive behind-the-scenes countdown to the opening of the groundbreaking new theme park, Universal Epic Universe. 

NBC's fall lineup is stacked with iconic franchises and returning favorites that will be available to stream on Peacock after their network premieres. There are many exciting shows to watch, including Season 28 of The Voice, Season 2 of Brilliant Minds, Season 25 of Law & Order, and Season 27 of Law & Order: SVU.

The Paper  

This is not a drill. The world of Emmy Award®-winning series The Office is expanding with the new Peacock comedy. The documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch find a new subject: a struggling Midwestern newspaper, The Toledo Truth Teller. The new, optimistic editor-in-chief Ned Sampson (Domhnall Gleeson) is brought in to try and bring the paper back to its former glory. Created by Greg Daniels (The Office) and Michael Koman (Nathan for You), the series also stars Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, Tim Key, and Oscar Nuñez.

Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune 

Trivia fans, here’s something to look forward to: Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune are coming to Peacock.  

On Jeopardy!, three players face off to provide the correct responses to clever clues across a wide range of subjects. Who will become the next Jeopardy! champion? You’ll have to tune in to find out. Join host Ken Jennings for the latest episodes of the iconic game show. 

Hosted by Ryan Seacrest alongside Vanna White, Wheel of Fortune features contestants as they compete by spinning the iconic wheel to solve puzzles and win prizes.

Love Island Games  

Ariana Madix will host the second season of Love Island Games. The show will bring together fan-favorite Islanders from various Love Island series across the globe, including USA, UK, Australia, and beyond. Islanders compete in challenges while navigating dating, eliminations, recoupling, dramatic arrivals, and new competition twists and turns that help control the game like never before. In the new season, America’s votes will affect the players’ fates. Iain Stirling reprises his role as narrator.

Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks 

This three-part docuseries celebrates the history and legacy of Universal Destinations & Experiences. Through unprecedented access, rare archival and intimate interviews with directors, producers, executives, and A-list celebrities, the series will explore Universal's iconic film and theme park history as well as provide an exclusive behind-the-scenes countdown to the opening of its groundbreaking new theme park, Universal Epic Universe.
