The eclectic mix of 23 celeb contestants from the worlds of reality TV, acting, comedy, music, and sports revealed a gamut of personalities, some mild and modest like Ron Funches and Ian Terry, while others are outspoken and brash like Michael Rapaport and Tiffany Mitchell. The Faithfuls certainly have plenty to worry about because Alan's Roundtable selections for Traitors are absolutely delighted to be causing chaos in the castle.

The identities of the Traitors are...

A split of Rob Rausch, Lisa Rinna, and Candiace Dillard Bassett for The Traitors Season 4.

... Candiace Dillard Bassett, Lisa Rinna, and Rob Rausch.

Candiace Dillard Bassett (The Real Housewives of Potomac

Candiace Dillard Bassett laughing in a chair on The Traitors Season 4 Episode 1.

In 2018, Dillard Bassett joined The Real Housewives of Potomac as a cast member. In 2024, she left the series to give birth to her baby and focus on being a mom. The Traitors is her welcome back into the reality world and she's doing it with glee as she welcomed Alan appointing her one of the Traitors.

In the first three episodes, she playing the game with the social goodwill of Season 2 Traitor Phaedra Parks, but maybe a tad too much of Season 3's Bob the Drag Queen Roundtable bravado.

Lisa Rinna (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Lisa Rinna shrugs in a full cheetah print suit and fedora on The Traitors Episode 401.

Lisa Rinna is known for her beloved villain characters on Days of Our Lives and Melrose Place, which makes her the most obvious Traitor choice of Season 4. Adept at playing manipulators, Rinna has clearly absorbed those skills and is using them well as an unabashed Traitor.

As a loyal alumni member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsperhaps her biggest Achilles' heel is her fealty to fellow Housewives players. Her open protection of them — including Candiace who initially put early suspicion on Rinna — could be her downfall if the other Faithfuls observe increasingly protectionist behavior.

Rob Rausch (Love Island USA

Rob Rausch sits in an armchair on The Traitors Episode 401.

A contestant on Season 5 and 6 of Peacock's Love Island, Rob Rausch was painted by viewers as a show "villain" for his controversial dating decisions on his seasons. Leaning into his physicality and good looks, Rausch gave "player" vibes on those shows but he's giving serious "gamer" vibes in Scotland.

Adept at staying off the radar while also being a hero in the physical challenges, Rausch isn't causing any disturbances amongst the Faithful. In the boating/coffin challenge, he played the harmless victim when a coffin was placed in his grave and was put up for "murder" by the Secret Traitor. In the second challenge, he gave his discovered shield to Yam-Yam and yet again looked heroic. And then he followed it up with some incredibly smart subterfuge as he accomplished most of the steps of their mandated "murder in plain sight" directive on his own without getting caught.

Rausch has also been very savvy about identifying potentially dangerous Faithfuls, and was humble enough to admit his mad respect for the revealed Secret Traitor's game (see below).

What about the Secret Traitor?

The biggest surprise of the first three episodes was the correct Banishment of Secret Traitor, Donna Kelce!

Donna Kelce wears a red patterned blazer and sits in an armchair on The Traitors Episode 401.

For years, she was softly known in the public zeitgeist as the mother of NFL players Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce. But her notoriety exploded in 2023 after it became public that singer/songwriter superstar Taylor Swift was dating Travis. Since then, Donna and T-Swift have become besties watching Travis' football games together, and those sightings shot Mamma Kelce's celebrity factor through the roof.

As for her gameplay, Secret Traitor Donna Kelce proved to be a savvy behind the scenes player. The former banker's two "Murder" lists were smart and assessed the dangers within the Faithful with precision. She made sure that two of the best gamers — Ian Terry and Rob Cesternino — were included as players to get rid of quickly.

Unfortunately, her social game strategy to be a quiet observer became a reason for the Faithful to assume that she was choosing silence to hide her Traitor behavior. However, Kelce talked a great game in defending herself, standing up for herself in casual huddles and at the Roundtables.

Before the second Roundtable she even pushed hard for the sympathy vote when she said, "I have to say, it was very daunting to be up there. And there's a lot of people here that I'm fans of. I almost feel like I'm not worthy." She called herself "low hanging fruit," to which Natalie Anderson replied, "Being low hanging fruit doesn't mean you're not a Traitor."

Touché, Natalie.
