With the U.S. senior team also competing at the 2024 Copa America, Christian Pulisic is unlikely to play in Paris. However, the U.S. Olympic team will likely include goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina and midfielder Paxten.

USWMNT made its Olympic debut in Atlanta in 1996. Team USA has won six Olympic medals, including four gold medals, since then. Up-and-coming stars such as Naomi Girma , Sophia Smith, and Alyssa Thompson are expected to set the tone as the team seeks to bounce back from a Round-of-16 loss at the World Cup.
