Nope is the name of Jordan Peele’s latest film and it’s also probably your answer to the perennial question Did you catch all the movies you wanted to see this year?

Fortunately, Peacock is now the home to many of the year’s biggest, can’t-miss (except-you-managed-to-anyway) movies so you can hold your head high going into the new year. Before a new flurry of festival darlings arrive on the scene and the panic sets in all over again, that is.

To help with some of the decision fatigue, we’ve rounded up a handful of essential titles from this year to fire up on Peacock ASAP.

1. Jurassic World: Dominion

If for whatever reason you missed the latest Jurassic World installment (which grossed over $1 billion worldwide) during its theatrical run, the time is now to sink your teeth into Colin Trevorrow’s flashy spectacle of prehistoric predators and the humans (namely, those played by Chris Pratt, Laura Dern, and Bryce Dallas Howard) tasked with ensuring a future for mankind. Pretty low-stakes stuff.

2. Ticket to Paradise

In this jaunty Blockbuster rom-com, Academy Award-winners George Clooney and Julia Roberts team up as exes trying to prevent history from repeating itself. Laughs, tears, undeniable star power, a gorgeous Bali backdrop — it’s just what the doctor ordered to cure your winter blues.

3. Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris

Leslie Manville gives a Golden Globe-nominated performance in this heartwarming movie about a London housecleaner who thinks her life will turn around if she can become the owner of a Dior gown. The twist? In daring to follow her dreams, she soon learns that The House of Dior needs her way more than she needs them.

4. Bros

This Certified Fresh rom-com from Billy Eichner, Judd Apatow, and Nicholas Stoller delivers all the beloved traditional rom-com beats — boy meets boy, boy loses boy, boy runs through the streets to find boy as the music swells — but it is also wickedly funny, delivering sharp jokes at a rapid-fire pace.

5. Meet Cute

Pete Davidson and Kaley Cuoco star in this Peacock Original movie, a dark romantic comedy about the power of connection and second chances. And third chances. And fourth chances. Will you be able to look at tanning beds the same way again? Unlikely.

6. Nope

The latest from Oscar-winning filmmaker Jordan Peele is an epic sci-fi nightmare packed with knockout performances from muse Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer (among many others), beautifully mounted images from cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema, and chilling original tunes from Michael Abels that’ll have you running for the hills — or a defunct Fry’s Electronics, whichever is closest.

7. Halloween Ends

After 45 years, the most acclaimed horror franchise in film history reached its epic, terrifying conclusion with Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) facing off against the embodiment of evil, Michael Myers, in a final confrontation unlike any captured onscreen before.

8. Beast

In this pulse-pounding thriller, Idris Elba stars as Dr. Nate Daniels, a recently widowed husband who returns to South Africa on a long-planned trip to a game reserve. What begins as a journey of healing turns into a fearsome fight for survival as Dr. Daniels and his daughters find themselves hunted by a massive, rogue lion. You’ve definitely never seen anything quite like it.

9. Minions: The Rise of Gru

Continuing the streak of villain origin stories, is this ‘70s-set film about, well, you guessed it: The rise of Gru.
