Is Saturday Night Live UK New Tonight, April 18, 2026? About the Show's Schedule
Here's everything to know — including how to tune in on Peacock.
Sketch comedy fans are in heaven right now. Season 51 of Saturday Night Live and the inaugural season of Saturday Night Like UK are going full steam ahead at the same time, bringing late-night laughs at a breakneck pace.
From the premiere episode's hilarious cold open and Tina Fey's epic opening monologue, Sky's spinoff show has set the bar high and established that this mirror-universe version of SNL has a sensibility that's all its own. It's been a spectacular run so far, with Jamie Dornan, Riz Ahmed, and The 'Burbs star Jack Whitehall following Fey as hosts alongside buzzy musical guests including Wolf Alice and Jorja Smith.
SNL UK has four episodes under its belt so far in its debut season, which means we're halfway through. But when is the next new episode? Is SNL UK all-new tonight?

Is there a new episode of SNL UK airing tonight, April 18?
No!
For the first time since the show's March 21 series premiere, there is no new episode of SNL UK. The 11 members of its cast, including Jack Shep and "Weekend Update" anchors Ania Magliano and Paddy Young, are taking a much-deserved weekend off from performing live televised comedy.
Luckily, all four episodes of Saturday Night Live UK are available to stream on Peacock now, with new episodes hitting the streamer by the following Sunday evening.

How many episodes of SNL UK Season 1 will there be?
Eight.
The first season will be eight episodes total. Sky (which, like NBC, is owned by Comcast) extended the episode order from six to eight the weekend of the premiere.
When is the next new episode of SNL UK?
Fortunately, the hiatus will be brief. SNL UK will return with back-to-back new episodes beginning April 25, 2026.
The April 25 episode will feature Nicola Coughlan (Bridgerton, Big Mood) as Host, with Foo Fighters as the Musical Guests. The Irish actress made a cameo during Tina Fey's opening monologue in the season premiere and now she'll take center stage.
Foo Fighters have performed on the original SNL no less than nine times over the years, and now Dave Grohl's iconic band will notch a stint on the across-the-pond version.

The following week on May 2, English actress Aimee Lou Wood (The White Lotus) will make her hosting debut, with singer-songwriter MEEK set to perform.
In other words, the next two brand-new episodes of SNL UK will be as can't-miss as it gets — we're all just going to have to wait a week in the meantime!
As a reminder, new episodes of SNL UK hit Peacock on Sunday afternoon in the United States, less than a day after the live broadcast in London.
