Bravo's Love Hotel: Which Couples Ended Up Together
Checking out of the hotel... and into love.
When Real Housewives Shannon Storms Beador, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, and Luann de Lesseps checked into Bravo’s Love Hotel, they shared one goal: to meet their perfect matches who could keep up with their glamorous yet bustling lifestyles. With no shortage of eligible bachelors to choose from, the ladies opened their hearts to love, hoping to leave the Mexican resort with someone special.
Read on to find out which couples checked out of Bravo’s Love Hotel together and where they stand today.
Shannon Storms Beador
Spending much of her stay at Bravo’s Love Hotel tied at the hip with Earl “the Pearl,” a sweet Southern gentleman from Georgia, it seemed Shannon finally met her match. It wasn't all a fairytale though as they hit a few bumps along the way. Earl failed to provide the emotional support Shannon hoped for on the one-year anniversary of her DUI, and Shannon couldn’t support Earl as he worriedly tracked a hurricane threatening his homes in Florida and Georgia.
Despite doubts that he could fit into her luxe OC lifestyle, Shannon decided the better parts of their relationship were worth a shot in the real world and checked out of Bravo’s Love Hotel with Earl. After filming wrapped up, the two spent time together in their respective home states, but Shannon ultimately decided Earl was not her perfect match and is back on the market.
Gizelle Bryant
Always cool, calm, and collected, Gizelle explored multiple connections in Bravo’s Love Hotel with her poker face intact. She split her final date between Phil, the laid-back investor from Bel Air whom she bonded with from the start, and Theo, the dentist and oral surgeon from New York City who came into the mix later. Drawn to Phil’s easygoing and drama-free vibe, and visions of sharing his relaxed upscale lifestyle in Bel Air, he remained a strong contender for Gizelle's heart.
However, their different stages of life led her to pursue a relationship with Theo, who seemed more aligned with her fast-paced lifestyle. Though Gizelle and Theo made plans to meet up in New York around Halloween, the trip never came together. Gizelle is still in touch with Phil, however, and has plans to visit him in Bel Air, leaving the door open to rekindle their flame.
Ashley Darby
The youngest of the ladies on Bravo’s Love Hotel, Ashley threw everyone for a loop when she opened the door to a romance with Ralph, who is nearly 25 years her senior, in addition to her established connection with Wale, who is much closer to her in age at 38. Despite her undeniable chemistry with Wale, she often kept him at arm's length and was cautious of his desire to have children. As a single mother of two, Ashley was undecided on whether she wanted to have more babies. Seeing her connections with both men through to the very end, Ashley developed genuine feelings for both and was faced with a difficult decision.
In the end, Ashley knew she wanted a man deeply in tune with himself, which she perceived in Ralph, and chose to check out of Bravo’s Love Hotel with him over Wale. Their relationship fizzled when they left the romantic resort life for reality, giving Wale a chance to win back her heart.
Luann de Lesseps
With a magnetic aura that attracts men wherever she goes, Luann had her fair share of suitors at Bravo’s Love Hotel, but was pursued most intently by James, the eccentric entrepreneur from California. Their shared zest for life and love of music bonded them instantly. But the countess had concerns about a long-distance relationship with James spending most of his time in Hawaii, thousands of miles away from her East Coast-based life, after experiencing those same hardships during her first marriage.
A hopeless romantic who is always willing to give love a chance, Luann followed her heart (and the music) and checked out of Bravo’s Love Hotel with James. Giving credence to the old saying, “Distance makes the heart grow fonder,” Luann and James are in love and closer than ever despite the miles between them.
