In April 1999, Jotaro Kujo travels to the town of Morioh to find a man named Higashikata.

Jotaro unexpectedly invites Josuke along on a hunt for the rat that gained Stand abilities.

Koichi and Rohan discover an alley not listed on any map that traps them in an infinite loop.
