Unscripted Bravo microdramas are heading to Peacock this summer!

For the first time in the format’s space, all-new original unscripted microdramas by Bravo will be available to stream on Peacock this summer.

As stated in a press release for Peacock, the two Bravo microdramas are titled Campus Confidential: Miami and Salon Confessionals with Madison LeCroy. “Featuring personalities from the Bravo universe, these are the first official originals in this fast-growing format to be announced by a major U.S. entertainment streaming platform and will be available to watch in the Peacock mobile app beginning this summer.”

Scripted microdrama genres for fans of romance, drama, fantasy, and more are also coming to Peacock.

Also this summer on Peacock, you'll be able to watch a spicy selection of scripted microdramas produced by ReelShort, plucked from genres including melodrama, romance, fantasy, young adult, and more.

You can look forward to titles like Do Not Disturb: Lady Boss in Disguise!, an 81-episode romance about the heiress of a hotel chain who goes undercover as a housekeeper. Or Fated to My Forbidden Alpha, a 60-episode fantasy microdrama that features fated lovers, revenge, and werewolves. Or Straight A Pregnancy, a 65-episode YA drama that follows what happens when a college student gets pregnant after a one-night stand with a notorious frat boy.

TLDR: If you love melodramatic and steamy storylines, pearl-clutching moments, and just can't get enough cliffhangers, microdramas were made for you.

What are microdramas and verticals?

"Verticals" is a term used to describe short-form vertical videos shot and optimized specifically for smartphone viewing, while "microdramas" are vertical soap opera-esque serialized dramas comprised of very short (around one or two minutes long) episodes.

Waiting for your train to arrive? Just pop on the latest episode of your favorite microdrama to pass the time. Only have a few minutes to decompress before making dinner? All you need is your phone to relax with a few mini episodes. Mircrodramas typically consist of anywhere between 50 to over 100 episodes, telling a full-length story in easy-to-consume segments.

"I think the format is so similar to social media that we're almost a lot more intimate with fans. We start to build this very engaged, very intense fanbase that wants to constantly see more from us," microdrama star Savannah Coffee shared in a February 2026 interview with TODAY about the booming industry.
