Vin Diesel Announces New Fast & Furious Show Coming to Peacock (DETAILS)
For the first time, the blockbuster franchise comes to Peacock in an original series.
On, May 11, introduced by The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon, Vin Diesel walked onto the NBCUniversal 2026 Upfront stage and casually delivered a piece of news that has rocked the entertainment world: A Fast and Furious series is coming to Peacock!
It's true. An all-new series from the Fast and Furious universe is officially in the works.
"For the last decade, we have realized that the fans have wanted more,” Diesel said. “They wanted us to expand the legacy characters, their stories. And for the last decade, the desire has been for us to enter the TV space that Fallon has mastered. And I had to wait 'till it was right."
He continued, "It became right when Donna Langley started to oversee it all, because that’s when I knew that the integrity of the characters, the international appeal, what makes us all feel like family would be protected in the TV space."

The actor has appeared in eight F&F movies as the iconic Dominic Toretto beginning with the original, 2001's The Fast and the Furious, starring opposite Paul Walker.
For more than two decades, audiences have experienced the Fast and Furious world exclusively by watching on the big screen. But soon enough, the creative masterminds of the franchise will have the runway to tell new stories that translate perfectly to episodic TV — while still retaining all of the heart-pounding drama, action, and racing of the films.
