DIG

Another summer begins at an archaeological dig in Greece. Second-in-command Elise is told by her longtime boss, Neville, that this is his final year and he is handing off the dig for her to run. Her ex-best friend Dylan shows up with the goal of reuniting with her ex, Gary, only to find out that he is now engaged to Clare. The dig is helped by a group of undergraduate volunteers, among them Patty, who has otherwise not been out of the country and might be a bit in over her head. After Elise and Dylan discover a massive find -- and decide to keep it secret -- they loop in Clare and Patty for their added expertise. But as they learn more about it, they stumble upon a much larger mystery that threatens to take down all of their careers and possibly the dig.
