Wes Anderson's The Phoenician Scheme Is Coming to Peacock
If something gets in your way: flatten it.

Focus Features’ globe-trotting adventure, The Phoenician Scheme, will stream exclusively on Peacock starting Friday, July 25.
Directed by seven-time Oscar®-nominated writer-director Wes Anderson, the film stars Benicio del Toro (The French Dispatch, Star Wars: The Last Jedi), Mia Threapleton (Dangerous Liaisons, The Buccaneers), and Michael Cera (Arrested Development, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World). The comedy also features a stellar ensemble, including Tom Hanks, Bryan Cranston, Riz Ahmed, Mathieu Amalric, Jeffrey Wright, Scarlett Johansson, Richard Ayoade, Rupert Friend, Hope Davis, and Benedict Cumberbatch.
The Phoenician Scheme follows the ruthless and unscrupulous Anatole “Zsa-Zsa” Korda (del Toro), who is one of the richest men in Europe, and constantly fighting for his life. During the final stages of a decades-long, career-defining business project, Korda survives a sixth assassination attempt and must appoint a successor: his long-estranged daughter Liesl (Threapleton), who is a nun. With personal tutor Bjorn (Cera) in tow, the trio set off on an adventure to achieve Korda’s epic mission.
The Phoenician Scheme is rated PG-13 for violent content, bloody images, some sexual material, nude images, and smoking throughout.
Other Focus Features films streaming on Peacock include Black Bag, Drive-Away Dolls, Stillwater, The Ballad of Wallis Island, The Card Counter, The Outfit, and The Silent Twins.
Peacock subscribers get access to award-winning films and blockbuster favorites from Universal Pictures, Blumhouse, Focus Features, Illumination, and DreamWorks Animation, often accompanied with bonus features, extended cuts or unrated versions.
