Fans have been counting down the days until the premiere of Season 3 of Love Island: All Stars on Peacock — but unfortunately, Mother Nature has other plans.

How to Watch

Watch Love Island: All-Stars exclusively on Peacock.

Due to "ongoing" wildfires in Franschhoek, South Africa, where Love Island: All Stars is filmed, production has been effectively halted, pushing the original January 14 premiere date to a later day.

In other words, viewers will have to wait just a little longer to watch the most memorable UK Islanders come together to compete for another chance at love.

In a January 10 social media post, the official Love Island Instagram account updated fans on the status of the show's production:

"Further to a production evacuation owing to ongoing wildfires in the area, our assessment of the location site has concluded that filming will need to be postponed," the post read. "Health and safety is our greatest priority and will always come first, and therefore the transmission of Love Island: All Stars will be delayed until a date to be confirmed."

Just a few hours before the delay was announced, the show shared a preview video of the Villa — and while it was genuinely jaw-dropping in its beauty and design, eagle-eyed fans could definitely see high winds blowing outside in the background. It was an ominous sign for what was to come.

"Everyone is safe..."

On Monday, January 12, the Love Island account posted an update in an Instagram story.

"Just a reminder that the Love Island launch show has been delayed due to wild fires near the Villa in South Africa," it read. "Everyone is safe though and we're working on bringing you an iconic series, so keep an eye on our socials and we'll let you know the new launch date as soon as we can."

So, Love Island: All Stars is still moving forward as planned — it's just that its premiere date had to be pushed back out of an abundance of caution for the Islanders and crew alike. When we hear of a new premiere date, we'll pass along the information — after all, we want to watch Season 3 just as much as you all do!

(Until then, why not watch — or re-watch — the first two seasons of Love Island: All Stars on Peacock?)

Who will be on Love Island: All Stars Season 3?

Here are the 12 UK Islanders who will kick off the show in the Villa once episodes begin airing:

  • Whitney Adebayo (Season 10)
  • Millie Court (Season 7)
  • Belle Hassan (Season 5)
  • Helena Ford (Season 12)
  • Jess Harding (Season 10)
  • Leanne Amaning (Season 6)
  • Ciaran Davies (Season 11)
  • Jack Keating (Season 8)
  • Sean Stone (Season 11)
  • Tommy Bradley (Season 12)
