Michelle and Cameron aren't just still together; they're actively planning for what's next. One of the biggest conversations throughout Season 20 was their hopes of starting a family, including exploring surrogacy as part of their family plan.
"We are looking into family planning and looking into the surrogacy process," Cameron happily revealed to Peacock Blog. "Hoping to get it started here in the next few months, and, you know, hopefully that means having a child in the next couple of years. So that's a pretty big step."
As they shared during the Married at First Sight Season 20 reunion, Michelle underwent a hysterectomy in May 2026 due to fibroid complications, but that hasn't stopped the couple from planning for their future.
"It was really important for me to have that conversation with Cameron and just to see how he handled it, and how he is so open to alternatives like adoption and also surrogacy," she shared at the reunion. "That just meant the world to me, so we'll definitely be looking into surrogacy."

Meanwhile, Cameron's basketball coaching career recently led him to relocate to the Bay Area to take an assistant coaching position at Cal State East Bay's basketball team. With Michelle able to work remotely, she couldn't be happier to support Cameron as they begin a new chapter together in San Francisco.
"We're just gonna see where Cameron's job goes. When it comes to basketball, being in the athletic world, it's quite competitive; there's a lot that goes into it, and so we're just going along for the ride," Michelle explains, revealing Cameron has been in San Fran since July. "I'm fully supportive of it. This is his dream, so we're very excited to be in the Bay... I'll be joining him in a few weeks once I just wrap some things up here in terms of my job and my [Seattle] condo."
