Believe it or not, Lisa Barlow's son Jack Barlow is now 21 years old — and his proud mom shared some exciting updates on his life today in a previously unseen moment from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6 reunion.

How to Watch

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs on Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. New episodes stream next day on Peacock.

ICYMI: Jack served as a Mormon missionary in Colombia for two years, before finally returning home to his family in Utah in June 2025. So, naturally, host Andy Cohen was eager to find out how he was "adjusting to life after his mission," during Peacock's extended and uncensored version of the RHOSLC Reunion Part 1,

"He came back from Colombia a man," Lisa shared of Jack. "It's so weird. It's parenting an adult."

During Season 6, viewers saw Lisa and husband John Barlow clash over differing opinions on Jack's living situation. While her husband of 22 years said that he "actually was in favor of him getting an apartment," Lisa fired back that Jack should not "be allowed to move out" quite yet.

At the reunion, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host further asked for an update on whether Jack either moved to Miami or got his own apartment, and the mom of two revealed even more intel on how her elder son had recently enrolled in college.

"He's living with us right now," Lisa added, noting that Jack is currently studying at the University of Utah. "I never thought he'd stay more than a semester. He's loving the University of Utah. He has an insane friend group. He is just thriving. I love watching him be Jack."

Lisa Barlow reflects on watching her sons "grow up" on RHOSLC

While highlighting RHOSLC's milestone 100 episodes at the reunion, Andy also asked Lisa about the experience of seeing Jack and her younger son Henry, 14, "grow up on the show."

"You know, there's moments where I'll see, like, clips of them so little," she began, before referencing Henry being in "first grade with his buzzcut," as well as the "terrifying" experience of sitting in the front seat while Jack was "learning how to drive on camera."

"I love it. I love that I have it documented," Lisa added. "I, like, think they are really starting to understand it. Jack for sure. Henry, you know, is, like, really getting it, and I love it. I love watching them. Like, cute little Baby Gorgeous, oh my gosh. It, like, melts me every time."

Lisa Barlow revealed why she feels "misunderstood" on RHOSLC

During the same reunion segment, Lisa admitted that she "didn't even know" that she and her fellow OG cast members had already logged 100 episodes of RHOSLC. Even so, she gladly took the opportunity to further walk down memory lane from her five-plus years on the show.

After doubling down on her earlier Season 6 declaration to Heather Gay that she lives a "very different life from all of" her castmates, Lisa told Andy that she still "100 percent" felt "misunderstood" by viewers.

The WWHL host went on to ask Lisa to explain what she felt that audiences did not seem to "get" about her life.

"You know, 'delusional' is a common theme that people use that don't understand me," she elaborated. "I'm not delusional. I'm, like, very grounded. I'm a very hard worker, and I love my family."
