Season 8 of Love Island USA has been in no shortage of drama, and as Casa Amor approaches on the Fiji horizon, Beatriz Hatz has some thoughts on which Islanders will be exploring new connections.
Many fans were saddened when the Paralympic bronze medalist was forced to pack her bags after America voted for her partner, Gabriel Vasconcelos, to be coupled up with new Bombshell Jen Terry, leaving her vulnerable and eventually leading to her being dumped from the competition. It was a teary-eyed goodbye among the Islanders as they bid farewell to the OG Islander, but now, Beatriz gets to feast her eyes on all of the Villa drama stateside, along with the rest of Love Island nation.
In an interview with TODAY, the Season 8 Islander opened up about some of her predictions for one of the wildest weeks on Love Island USA — Casa Amor. With Casa Amor hitting Peacock and movie theaters on Monday, June 22, Beatriz is weighing in on what she thinks will go down after the Islanders are separated and paired up with new Bombshells. And true to Beatriz's lovingly blunt nature, she's not holding back.
"I think what typically happens is the men explore more, or that they experience some short-term memory loss a lot quicker than the girls do," Beatriz quipped. "They’re a lot more emotionally available, quicker than the girls."

Beatriz "could see" several Islanders "exploring" during Casa Amor week on Love Island USA
Each year, Casa Amor puts the Islanders to the ultimate test as their connections are challenged with a week away from their couples. With a sizzling lineup of Bombshells equally eager to find love in Fiji, Casa Amor historically leads to tears, heartache, and many shocking upsets once the couples are reunited for a recoupling ceremony. Will these couples stick true to their OG connections, or succumb to the temptations of Casa Amor?
While Beatriz predicts the guys will be more eager to explore those new Casa Amor romances, she admits she's unsure how the drama will play out. But one thing is for certain in her book: the boys' eyes are going to be wandering.
"I can’t really predict too much," Beatriz said. "I think Corbin will be willing to explore. I think Sincere will also be willing to explore. I think Gabriel, for sure, is exploring. Those are the top three. I think all the boys will explore. I think Zach, KC, and Bryce, they will probably still explore, but keep their current couple in mind."
As for which of her fellow ladies she could see striking up a connection during Casa Amor week, Beatriz called out a certain split-loving Islander who has already explored a couple of connections in the original Villa.
"Out of the girls, I could see Kenzie exploring," Beatriz predicted. "It’ll be really interesting."
Everything can change in a day when navigating the euphoric highs and stomach-churning lows of Love Island USA, and already, the game has encountered many twists and turns since Beatriz left the Villa. When asked what her favorite memory was from her time in the competition, the Paralympian fondly recalled the heartfelt connections she made with the other ladies in the Villa.
"My highlight from being in the Villa was becoming friends with Trinity and Kayda. I wouldn’t change anything," Beatriz told TODAY. "I think my experience was what it was, and it was meant to be short-lived. It might be a blessing in disguise, who knows?"
