Amy Poehler and Mike Schur Reunite for New Peacock Comedy 'Dig'
The Parks and Rec duo dig up old history for a brand-new series.

Ten years after Parks and Recreation ended, Amy Poehler and Mike Schur are officially reuniting for a new Peacock comedy series, Dig, in which Poehler will star.
Adapted from author Kate Myers’ bestselling 2023 novel Excavations, Poehler and Schur will co-write the pilot episode and executive produce the series.
Dig follows four women working at an archeological dig in Greece who are at wildly different crossroads in their lives. When they uncover a long-buried secret with the potential to rewrite history, they find themselves at the center of a high-stakes international conspiracy.
The upcoming series is Poehler and Schur’s first collaboration since they worked together on Parks and Rec, which ran for seven seasons from 2009 to 2015 on NBC. The duo’s history dates all the way back to Saturday Night Live when Poehler was a cast member (2001-2008) and Schur was a writer (1998-2004).
Joining Poehler and Schur as executive producers on Dig are J.J. Philbin, who will also serve as a writer; Morgan Sackett; Dave Becky; David Miner; Sharon Jackson; Kate Arend; and Jordan Grief. Myers will also be a co-executive producer.
