What is Road to the Show?

Produced by NBC Sports and Major League Baseball, Road to the Show is an in-depth, five-part docuseries set to air throughout July and into early August on Peacock. Narrated by YouTuber Dan Sarmiento (aka DSARM), the series follows six Major League Baseball prospects at various stages of their careers, from college to the minor leagues to recent Major League call-ups. Each episode will follow the players as they work toward their ultimate goal of MLB stardom, chronicling the challenges, triumphs, and sacrifices along the way.

Who are the players in Road to the Show?

Road to the Show follows baseball prospects and players from college all the way up through Major League Baseball. The players spotlighted in the series include collegiate stars Roch Cholowsky of UCLA and Justin Lebron of Alabama, minor league players Ethan Holliday (Colorado Rockies/Fresno Grizzlies), Jesus Made (Milwaukee Brewers/Biloxi Shuckers), Gage Wood (Philadelphia Phillies/Reading Fightin' Phils), and recent major league call-up Braden Montgomery, who's already making an impact with the Chicago White Sox.

The first half-hour episode of Road to the Show is now streaming on Peacock. Future episodes will arrive on July 10, July 19, July 26, and August 2. In the middle of the series' run, you'll be able to catch the MLB Draft live on NBC on July 11, as well as the MLB All-Star Futures Game on July 12. The MLB is back on NBC and Peacock this season with the addition of Sunday Night Baseball in primetime and plenty of Peacock-exclusive games on the slate this season.
