All the NBA games this week on Peacock NBA Monday (January 26)

Orlando Magic vs. Cleveland Cavaliers — 7 p.m. ET (Peacock)

Talk about a fast turnaround: The Cleveland Cavaliers will be fresh off a weekend road game against the Orlando Magic when they head back home to Cleveland’s Rocket Arena for an instant rematch on Monday, January 26. Tipoff time is set for 7 p.m. ET in this second regular season game (out of four overall) between the two Eastern Conference foes.

Peacock will stream the Magic vs. Cavs game live, with John Michael (the Cavaliers’ play-by-play TV voice) on the call alongside five-time NBA All-Star and Cavalier great Brad Daugherty (analyst), plus courtside reporting from Jordan Cornette. Out on the hardwood, strength meets strength as the Cavs’ six-time NBA All-Star Donovan Mitchell goes toe to toe against Paolo Banchero, the Magic’s 2023 NBA Rookie of the Year.

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Boston Celtics — 8 p.m. ET (Peacock)

Conferences are colliding in Peacock NBA Monday’s second January 26 game. The Western Conference’s Portland Trail Blazers will hop the continent for a distant away game against the Eastern Conference’s Boston Celtics at 8 p.m. ET, with hopes of sweeping their two-game season series against Boston, after previously topping the Celtics in late December by a 114-108 margin.

Boston’s Jaylen Brown was recently named an NBA All-Star Eastern Conference starter, and the 2024 NBA Finals MVP has notched 50-point and 41-point games in the month of January already. Portland’s Deni Avdija leads the Trail Blazers with a career-high scoring average of more than 26 points per game, while 2024 No. 7 overall pick Donovan Clingan is among only a handful of NBA players who’s averaging double-digit rebounds this season.

NBC Sports’ Noah Eagle will be the play-by-play voice for the Blazers-Celtics game, accompanied by Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer Grant Hill (analyst) plus Ashley ShahAhmadi reporting courtside from the Celtics’ TD Garden in Boston.

Golden State Warriors vs. Minnesota Timberwolves (Peacock)

Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors drives to the basket during the game against the Brooklyn Nets.

The action shifts over to the Western Conference for game three in Peacock NBA Monday’s January 26 tripleheader. Three-time NBA All-Star Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves will host two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors from the T-Wolves’ Target Center home court in Minneapolis, with tipoff set for 9:30 p.m. ET.

Curry has Golden State back in the spotlight after he was recently named an NBA All-Star Game starter for the 12th time in his career (one of only 17 players in league history to have 12 or more All-Star Game appearances with a single franchise). Edwards, meanwhile, is having himself a year with the Timberwolves, averaging just shy of 30 points per game while putting up some insane single-game numbers (like his 55-point effort against the San Antonio Spurs earlier in January).

For the Warriors vs. Timberwolves game, NBC Sports will feature “On the Bench” coverage, a production innovation that positions two analysts courtside — one with each team. It’s an up-close way to immerse fans in the action, while delivering in-game information straight from the bench. NBC Sports’ Michael Grady will handle the game’s play-by-play call, with Robbie Hummel and Austin Rivers as “On the Bench” analysts. Hummel will be courtside with the Warriors’ bench, while Rivers will be stationed with the Timberwolves.

A Saturday matchup between the Timberwolves and Warriors was postponed over the weekend in Minneapolis, after a Minnesota man was shot and killed by federal immigration agents. In a statement, the NBA said the decision was made to "prioritize the safety and security of the Minneapolis community."

As always before each Peacock NBA Monday broadcast, NBA Showtime will get things started from back in the studio with pregame coverage beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET. NBA Showtime is hosted by NBC Sports’ Ahmed Fareed alongside Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer Isiah Thomas, plus NBA veteran NBC Sports Bay area Warriors analyst Kelenna Azubuike, who played for the Warriors from 2007-2010.
