What is Peacock Membership?  

Peacock Membership is a beta program that provides Peacock Premium and Premium Plus subscribers selected to participate with automatic access to epic experiences, everyday perks, and special discounts just for being with Peacock – there’s no cost and no enrollment is necessary. The longer you remain an eligible Peacock subscriber, the better your benefits will be.  

How do I join Peacock Membership?  

The Peacock Membership program is a closed beta program for a small group of Peacock Premium and Premium Plus subscribers selected to participate. Check your email to find out if you’ve been selected to participate. Terms and conditions apply.  

How do I access the Peacock Membership site if I am selected to participate?  

You will receive emails with a personalized link sent to the email address associated with your Peacock subscription. This link will be refreshed every 45 days for security reasons; please make sure you look at the most recent Peacock Membership email you have received for the most up-to-date link.  

How do I opt-out of the Peacock Membership program?  

You can opt-out any time by going to the FAQs on the Peacock Membership site. Please note that you will be unable to rejoin the closed beta program after opting out. Opt-out requests are typically processed within 10 days.   
  
If you opt out of the Peacock Membership program, your Peacock subscription will remain active and unchanged. Manage your subscription by visiting your Account.  

What happens to my Peacock Membership status if I change my plan?  

If you cancel your subscription, or it lapses or expires, or you change to a Peacock Select plan, you will no longer be eligible and your enrollment in the beta program will be terminated.   

How do I view or redeem my Peacock Membership rewards?  

Viewing and redeeming your rewards is easy. Use the personalized link provided in the most recent Peacock Membership email sent to you.   

Do rewards expire or run out?  

Yes, some rewards expire and have varying expiration dates to make room for new perks, discounts, and exclusives. Check each reward for expiration details.  

In some cases, we may have a limited quantity of rewards that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Details about any reward limits will be provided in the reward description on the Peacock Membership site.  

If your participation in the Program ends for any reason, any unredeemed rewards will expire.
