How do I reset my password?

Whether you’re looking to shake things up or you’ve just forgotten your password, resetting it is easy.

Step 1:

Go to My Account by clicking on Sign in at the top right corner of the website.

Step 2:

Select I don't know my password.

Step 3:

Enter your email address that you used when you signed up for Peacock and click on Continue. We’ll email you a link to reset your password. 

Can't remember what email address you signed up with? If you are signed in on your X1 or Flex device, you will be able to locate this by navigating to My Account in the application. Your email address is located in the bottom left hand corner. If you’re not signed in, that’s ok. We can still help. Select the Get in Touch button on this page and we’ll investigate for you.

Step 4:

Once you’ve received the email, simply follow the instructions provided

The link will be live for 3 hours and you'll only be able to use it once.
