How do I check charges on my Peacock account?

Step 1: 

Go to your account by clicking on Sign In at the top right corner of the website. 

Step 2: 

Once you&#39;ve signed in, go to the Plans &amp; Payment section of your account. You’ll see any charges associated with this account under View Payment History.

Find your account

On your card statement, after 'Peacock TV',  you'll see a 5-character billing descriptor next to the item you have been charged for. For example: 'Peacock TV 3BY4F'.

How do I find my billing descriptor?

If you think you might have signed up with a different name or payment card, try searching again. Otherwise, get in touch and we can have a look for you.
