More magic is heading to Peacock soon, as Universal Pictures has confirmed when Wicked: For Good will make its exclusive streaming premiere on the streaming service.

Wicked: For Good is the epic conclusion of the Wicked saga, giving fantasy fans a look at the untold story of the of the witches of Oz. See how Elphaba (Cythia Erivo) became the infamous Wicked Witch of the West and how her friendship with Glinda (Ariana Grande) would go on to shape the destiny of their lives and the fate of Oz itself.

The franchise's first installment, Wicked, hit the big screen in November 2024 and earned 10 Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture, and eventually won the Oscars for Costume Design and Production Design. The film has grossed over $750 million worldwide.

Wicked: For Good debuted to stellar reviews from fans, boasting a 93 percent audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. The film stars Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Bowen Yang, Marissa Bode, Michelle Yeoh, Jeff Goldblum and more.

Wicked: For Good special features on Peacock

Along with the film itself, Wicked: For Good’s Peacock premiere will bring plenty of exclusive, never-before-seen special features for fans to dig into once they’ve finished singing along. Dubbed the “Changed For Good” collection, the Peacock specials include a full-length film commentary from director Jon M. Chu, featurettes going behind the scenes of the creation of the Road to Oz and the music of Wicked: For Good. There is also a Sing-Along Version of the film, to go along with plenty of deleted scenes.

Wicked: For Good’s streaming premiere is only the latest blockbuster to hit Peacock, as Universal’s biggest films all stream first on Peacock. Peacock subscribers get access to award-winning films and blockbuster favorites from Universal Pictures, Blumhouse, Focus Features, Illumination and DreamWorks Animation.
