How to Watch Seth MacFarlane's ted Season 2 - Streaming Exclusively on Peacock
John Bennett and his bestie bear are back to finish out high school.
After two years of unbearable anticipation, Peacock is rolling out the red carpet for the second season of Seth MacFarlane’s hit prequel series, ted. (We'll see ourselves out for that pun.)
Taking us back to 1994, or the ugly days of John Bennett's (Max Burkholder) awkward puberty and high school misdeeds, Season 2 finds the teen in his senior year with his trusty, anthropomorphized BFF bear Ted (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) right by his ankles.

As the show's logline says: "Ted may be a lousy influence on John, but at the end of the day, he’s a loyal pal who’s always willing to go out on a limb for friendship."
A Peacock Original exclusive, this adult sitcom aims to be bolder, brasher, and filthier than ever, with a generous helping of heart too. Here's everything you need to know to add ted Season 2 to your watch calendar.
How to watch ted Season 2?
All eight episodes of ted Season 2 are streaming right now, exclusively on Peacock.
Who is in the cast of Ted Season 2?
The main cast returns for Season 2 of ted, led by MacFarlane, who voices the NSFW, titular teddy bear. Max Burkholder plays teen John Bennett (who is played as an adult by Mark Wahlberg in the films). Alanna Ubach is Susan Bennett, John's way-to-sweet mom. Scott Grimes plays John's hot-tempered dad, Matty Bennett. And Giorgia Whigham plays liberal cousin, Blaire Bennett, John's protector, who's weirdly into Ted.

Is Ted the series a continuation of the Ted movies?
Actually, ted the series is a prequel to the movies ted (2012) and ted 2 (2015), both of which are now streaming on Peacock, as well. Set during the awkward high school years of John Bennett's life, the series documents the 16-year-old trying to navigate the horrors of being a teenage boy. He's dateless, a punching bag for school bullies, and aimless. Enter Ted, who has his own life as a media sensation, but comes back to help John through these not so wonder years.
