What to expect from the Denver Nuggets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder Peacock NBA Monday matchup
The Thunder have been perched atop the NBA's Western Conference all season, looking every bit like the championship team that made it all the way to the top last season. They've got dynasty on their minds, and they've proven it all year long, but the Nuggets aren't that far behind.
The memory of their own 2023 championship is still fresh, and they've still got three-time league MVP Nikola Jokic at the helm. The Thunder definitely have the home court advantage, but there's a chance the Nuggets could have stud power forward Aaron Gordon healthy and back on the court in time for this one, so an upset is very possible.
What to expect from the New York Knicks vs. LA Clippers Peacock NBA Monday matchup
Meanwhile on the West Coast, the Clippers are hoping to continue the turnaround they launched beginning late last year, which has so far propelled them from one of the worst records in the West to playoff contention in a matter of a couple of months. Right now they're in Play-In Tournament territory, so every win counts if they hope to hold on to their spot or, even better, earn an automatic playoff berth.
But they'll have their hands full with the Knicks. Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, and the rest of New York's squad have kept them in the Top 5 of the Eastern Conference for much of the season. Right now they've got a playoff berth on lock if they can just keep winning, but they'll have to get through the Clippers first.
