How to Watch LA Clippers vs. Golden State Warriors on Peacock NBA Monday (March 2)
This week on Peacock NBA Monday, two battling Western Conference squads will try to keep their playoff hopes alive.
With the NBA All-Star Game in the rearview, every team even close to playoff contention is fighting for the best possible position heading into the postseason, which begins April 14 with the play-in tournament. That's just six weeks of regular season basketball to go, and while some teams seem to be cruising almost on autopilot near the top of the standings, others are fighting tooth and nail despite injuries and setbacks, trying to make their case.
This week on Peacock NBA Monday, two of those teams will duke it out as they try to set up the best possible ending to their regular seasons. It's Clippers vs. Warriors in a California rivalry battle, so let's take a closer look.

What to expect from Clippers vs. Warriors on Peacock NBA Monday
The Warriors started the 2025-2026 season strong, winning four of their first five games, but since then they've struggled to put a major win streak together, leaving them hovering around .500 heading into the home stretch of the regular season. The Clippers, on the other hand, started the season in a very rough place, turning in several losing streaks before turning things around in late December. Since then, they've been quite competitive, and while they still have more losses than wins, a strong finish to the season could put them in the play-in tournament alongside teams like Golden State.
The real deciding factor for this particular matchup -- against each other so far this season, each team has one win and one loss -- might be which team can get healthy faster. The Clippers' leading scorer, rebounder, and passer Kawhi Leonard has struggled with ankle injuries, and while he should be cleared to play on paper, we don't yet know how it'll affect his performance. Meanwhile, Golden State is dealing with injuries to Draymond Green and Steph Curry, as well as an illness that's sidelined recent acquisition Kristaps Porzingis. So it all depends on who's playing, how healthy they are, and what their endurance on the court is like.
Whatever happens, we'll be in for an evenly matched battle with a lot on the line!
