You are only eligible to redeem this offer if you are a Spectrum TV (other than the Basic tier or Essentials product) customer or Spectrum Internet customer (including the TV Essentials product) and you: (i) are 18 years of age or older; (ii) reside in the United States; (iii) provide Peacock with a valid payment method; (iv) are a residential customer with no outstanding obligation to Spectrum; and (v) are not in seasonal suspend. Limit one offer per Spectrum account; offer activation may be completed by any, but only one, username (primary or standard role) on the account.

Spectrum account credentials are required to determine eligibility. If you are an otherwise qualified Spectrum TV customer and your local NBC television station is not being carried by Spectrum, you may lose access to some NBC content or not be eligible to initiate the Peacock Premium 12 month offer.

If you’re a qualified Spectrum customer and already have subscribed to a Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus plan, you’ll need to cancel your existing Peacock billing and then, after the billing date has passed, link your Spectrum account to your Peacock account, which you can do by clicking “Sign in to link your account” above.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any prior payments made in connection with an existing subscription.

If you subscribed directly through Peacock, you must cancel (or downgrade) your plan in your account after signing in here.

If you subscribed through a third party, you must cancel (or downgrade) your plan directly through them. Please see the links to the relevant Help Center below or contact them for further assistance on how to cancel:

If you are unsure of how you are being billed, you can check at any time after logging into your account. You will see your method of payment listed in the ‘Plans & Payment’ section under ‘Your Plan’.

You may have recently requested to cancel your Premium or Premium Plus plan. Alternatively, you may have lost eligibility you previously had through Spectrum due to a change in your cable or internet service or if you recently changed cable or internet providers. If you think you should still be eligible, please try relinking your account.

If you redeemed the offer through Spectrum and want to cancel before you are charged at the end of the offer period, please follow the steps below.

  • Log into your account.
  • Go to Upcoming Payments.
  • Click on Cancel Payment.
  • Review the prompt that states that your upcoming payment will be canceled, and click on Cancel Payment within the dialogue box.
  • Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation message on screen.

If your Spectrum offer period has expired and you are paying for Peacock Premium, you can cancel (or downgrade) your Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus plan by following the steps below.

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to Plans & Payments.
  • Then click on Change Plan.
  • Check Peacock Free to switch plans at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation message on screen and receive a confirmation email, which may take a few hours.
