1. Introduction and Scope
1.1. These Peacock Quick Access Supplemental Terms ("Supplemental Terms") govern your purchase and use of Peacock Quick Access. These Supplemental Terms constitute "Supplemental Terms" as described in Section 1.3 of the Peacock Terms of Service (available at https://www.peacocktv.com/terms) (the "Terms of Service"). The Terms of Service and the Peacock Privacy Policy apply in full to your use of Peacock Quick Access, except as expressly modified by these Supplemental Terms. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
1.2. By purchasing or using Peacock Quick Access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Supplemental Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use Peacock Quick Access.
2. Description of Peacock Quick Access
2.1. Peacock Quick Access Service Tier. Peacock Quick Access is a limited Service Tier that provides time-restricted access to select Content ("Peacock Quick Access Content") and does not require you to create or maintain a Peacock account. Peacock Quick Access Content availability, viewing periods, and access limitations will be specified at the time of purchase and may vary. For clarity, your license to access and view Peacock Quick Access Content is granted under Section 3.1 of the Terms of Service and is subject to the additional terms set forth herein.
2.2. Authorized Retailer; Limitation of Peacock's Role. Peacock Quick Access is purchased and accessed exclusively through Peacock's authorized third-party retailer(s) ("Authorized Retailer"). The Authorized Retailer—not Peacock—operates the platform through which you purchase and view Peacock Quick Access Content and is solely responsible for: (a) operation, maintenance, performance, and availability of the platform (including support); and (b) all transactions, checkout, and payment processing. Peacock is the licensor of Peacock Quick Access Content but is not a party to your purchase transaction and makes no representations or warranties regarding the Authorized Retailer's platform or services. Any disputes arising from your purchase transaction or the Authorized Retailer's platform or services must be directed exclusively to the Authorized Retailer, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Peacock from any and all claims arising from or related to the Authorized Retailer. Your use of the Authorized Retailer's platform may also be subject to the Authorized Retailer's own terms and conditions.
3. Content Availability and Revocation
3.1. Content Availability. Without limiting the Terms of Service provisions related to Content availability, you acknowledge that Peacock Quick Access Content will be available for viewing only during the viewing period specified at the time of purchase, and viewing periods may vary by Content.
3.2. Content Rights. Without limiting the Terms of Service provisions related to termination, Peacock may immediately and unilaterally revoke or terminate your license to access Peacock Quick Access Content if Peacock no longer holds the necessary underlying content rights or in the event of a third-party dispute. You assume the risk that Peacock Quick Access Content may become unavailable prior to the expiration of your viewing period. Except as required by applicable law or as otherwise provided by the Authorized Retailer's refund policy, revocation or termination of your access to Peacock Quick Access Content shall not entitle you to any refund, credit, or other compensation from Peacock.
