How do I change my plan?
If you pay Peacock directly for your service, you can update your plan by selecting Change Base Plan under Your Subscriptions under the Subscriptions heading) and choosing your preferred new plan.
If you pay through a third party—for instance, Roku, Apple, or Google—this will be indicated on your Account screen. To switch plans, select Change under Your Subscriptions on that device and choose from the available options.
How do I change my billing info?
Under Subscriptions, select Update Payment Method in the Payment Method section. If you’d like to switch to PayPal or Apple Pay, click the PayPal or Apple Pay tab and follow the prompts.
Once your new payment details are confirmed, all future payments will be charged to the updated method starting with your next billing cycle.
If you don’t see the option to Update Payment Method, you may have Enhanced Security turned on. Select “Unhide” and follow the instructions to access this feature.
If you pay through a third party—for instance, Roku, Apple, or Google—manage your account through the third-party subscription manager.
How do I cancel?
If you pay Peacock directly for your service, under Subscriptions, select Cancel All Subscriptions. Follow the short prompt to finalize your cancellation. Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation message on screen and receive a confirmation email, which may take a few hours. Your plan will not renew at the end of your subscription term.
When you cancel your Peacock base plan, any add-ons will automatically be removed when your Peacock base plan ends. If you pay through a third party—for instance, Roku, Apple, or Google—go to the third-party subscription manager to remove.
I’ve just updated my payment method — why am I still being asked to update it?
If you’re still seeing a message telling you to update your method of payment after you’ve already updated it, you haven’t done anything wrong. This message only disappears once a successful payment has been made on your new method of payment.
