If you pay Peacock directly for your service, you can update your plan by selecting Change Plan (next to Your Plan under the Plans & Upgrades heading) and choosing your preferred new plan.

If you pay through a third party—for instance, Roku, Apple, or Google—this will be indicated on your Account screen. To switch plans, select Change under Your Plan on that device and choose from the available options.

On the Plans & Payment screen, select Update Payment Method in the Payment Method section. If you’d like to switch to PayPal, click the PayPal tab and follow the prompts.

Once your new payment details are confirmed, all future payments will be charged to the updated method starting with your next billing cycle.

If you don’t see the option to Update Payment Method, you may have Enhanced Security turned on. Select “Unhide” and follow the instructions to access your payment details.

If you pay through a third party—for instance, Roku, Apple, or Google—change your billing info through the third-party subscription manager.

If you pay Peacock directly for your service, on the Plans & Payment screen, select Cancel Plan. Follow the short prompt to finalize your cancellation. Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation message on screen and receive a confirmation email, which may take a few hours. Your plan will not renew at the end of your current billing cycle.

If you pay through a third party – for instance, Roku, Apple or Google – go to the third-party subscription manager to cancel your plan.
