Why am I seeing an error that I’ve reached the simultaneous streams limit on Peacock?

There are a couple of reasons why you might see an error message like this.

 

The first is that there may be too many people trying to watch all at once. A maximum of three concurrent streams are permitted per account at any one time.

If you already have three concurrent streams and would like to watch on another device, you’ll need to stop one of the others first. You might need to wait ten minutes before continuing to watch on your other devices after seeing this message.


Alternatively, if your browser or computer crashes while you’re watching a show, when you start re-watching, our system might think that you’re still watching Peacock on the device from before the crash occurred and will count it toward the limit on the number of simultaneous streams. Try waiting ten minutes before watching again.
