What do I do when the video doesn't start and is showing a spinner or black screen, or an error message on Peacock?

If you are experiencing technical issues, please try the following steps: 

  1. Close the Peacock app on your device. Also close any other apps you may have running in the background. After all the apps have closed, relaunch the Peacock app. 
  2. Restart your device by unplugging the power or fully powering down, waiting 20 seconds, then plugging the device back in or rebooting. 
  3. Check the device’s Internet connection. Please make sure you have a strong enough connection for streaming. 
  4. Clear your device’s cache and data. You should be able to clear cache and data in your device’s Settings menu. 
  5. Uninstall and then reinstall the Peacock app on your device.
