<h3><b><u>Where is the Peacock Gift Card I ordered? / I didn’t receive my email with my Gift Card purchase.</u></b> </h3>
<p>Digital Gift Cards will be sent via email or text as indicated as checkout. If you have not received your Gift Card, please check your Spam filters or Junk folders. <br><br>Digital Peacock Gift Cards are sold through the third-party company, Buyatab. <p>If you have redeemed part of your Peacock Gift Card, you are able to check the remaining balance by visiting your <a href="https://www.peacocktv.com/account/plans" target="_blank"><u>My Account</u></a> page, under the “Plans &amp; Payment” tab.</p>

<h3><b><u>How do I redeem my Peacock Gift Card?</u></b> </h3>
<p>To redeem your Peacock Gift Card, please follow the steps below:</p>

<ul><li>Follow the link provided in the email where your Gift Card was delivered or visit our <a href="https://www.peacocktv.com/gift-cards" target="_blank">Peacock Gift Cards page</a></li><li>Enter your Gift Card Number</li><li>Select “Get Started”
<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>If you are a new subscriber, choose the plan you’d like to purchase (Premium or Premium Plus)
<ul style="list-style-type: square;"><li>From there, you can enter your details and select “Create Account”</li></ul>
</li><li>If you are an existing subscriber, select “Sign In”
<ul style="list-style-type: square;"><li>If the balance of the Gift Card is enough to purchase the entire subscription, you can choose if you’d like to add another payment method to your account for future payments</li><li>If the balance of the Gift Card is not enough to purchase the entire subscription, you will need to add another payment method to complete the purchase</li></ul>

<p>Peacock Gift Cards do not expire.</p>

<h3><b><u>Can a current subscriber redeem a Peacock Gift Card?</u></b></h3>
<p>Yes, existing subscribers who have purchased a Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus subscription directly through Peacock can use a Peacock Gift Card toward the balance of a future payment. Once you add a Gift Card as a payment method option, it will be the primary payment method used until depleted, or until the balance due is no longer covered by the Gift Card on file.</p>

<h3><b><u>Can Peacock Gift Cards be used to purchase Peacock subscriptions through other partners, such as Apple or Google?</u></b></h3>
