What if my Xfinity account is already linked to a different Peacock email account?

To link your Xfinity account to your new Peacock account, follow the steps below.

·      Launch the Peacock application on your device X1 or Flex device.

·      Navigate to ‘Account’ within the application.

·      Select ‘Wrong Email?’ in the bottom left hand corner and follow the onscreen prompts to unlink your device.

·      Once you are logged out of the Peacock application, simply sign in with your correct email address and password to link your accounts.

Or, you can link your account on the web by visiting and choosing “Link Provider” from the Plans and Payments screen.
