What if my Cox account is already linked to a different Peacock email account?

To link your Cox account to a different Peacock account, follow the steps below.  

·       Launch the Peacock application on your device  

·       Navigate to ‘Account’ within the application  

·       Select ‘Wrong Email?’ in the bottom left hand corner and follow the onscreen prompts to unlink your device. 

·       Once you are logged out of the Peacock application, simply sign in with your correct email address and password to link your accounts
