What if my Cox account is already linked to a different Peacock account?
To link your Cox account to a different Peacock account, follow the steps below.
- Launch the Peacock application on your Contour Receiver with Voice Remote or Contour Stream Player
- Navigate to ‘Account’ within the application.
- Select ‘Wrong Email’ in the bottom left hand corner and follow the onscreen prompts to unlink your Peacock account.
- Once you are logged out of the Peacock application, you can simply sign in with your correct Peacock email address and password to link your Peacock account to your Cox account.
