What if my Cox account is already linked to a different Peacock account?

To link your Cox account to a different Peacock account, follow the steps below.

If you originally linked your Peacock account on your Contour Receiver with Voice Remote or Contour Stream Player:

  • Launch the Peacock application on your Contour Receiver with Voice Remote or Contour Stream Player
  • Navigate to ‘Account’ within the application.
  • Select ‘Wrong Email’ in the bottom left hand corner and follow the onscreen prompts to unlink your Peacock account.
  • Once you are logged out of the Peacock application, you can simply sign in with your correct Peacock email address and password to link your Peacock account to your Cox account.


If you originally linked your Peacock account on the web:

  • Log into your original Peacock account on the web by visiting peacocktv.com/account.
  • Select ‘Unlink Provider’ from the Plans and Payments screen.
  • Log into the other Peacock account you would like to use.
  • In the new profile, select Cox from the ‘Link Provider’ section. You can then use your Cox credentials to link your Peacock account to your Cox account.
