How do I unlink my Peacock account from my Cox account?
You can unlink your Peacock account from your Cox account two different ways.
The first is through your Cox account by visiting PeacockTV.com/account and choosing “Unlink Provider” from the Plans and Payments screen.
The second is through the Peacock application on your Contour Receiver with Voice Remote or Contour Stream Player.
- Launch the Peacock application on your device.
- Navigate to ‘Account’ within the application.
- Select ‘Wrong Email?’ in the bottom left hand corner and follow the onscreen prompts to unlink your Peacock account.
